Absolven\u021bii i-au purtat numele \u0219i i-au f\u0103cut renumele peste tot \u00een lume, \u00een variate domenii legate de avia\u021bie \u0219i nu numai.\u00a0 \u00cei reg\u0103sim oriunde profesionalismul, calitatea educa\u021biei academice, spiritul de inventivitate \u0219i dedica\u021bia sunt necesare reu\u0219itei: de la Airbus, Boeing sau Bombardier la IAvB, COMOTI, INCAS sau Aerostar, de la Microsoft, Alcatel sau Thales la ADACEL sau Indra, de la OACI, Eurocontrol, ESA, EASA sau AACR, la ROMATSA, TAROM sau BlueAir, pentru a cita numai c\u00e2teva din institu\u021biile sau \u00eenterprinderile care beneficiaz\u0103 de expertiza \u0219i preg\u0103tirea lor.<\/p>\n<p>Pentru a parafraza cuvintele celebre ale pre\u0219edintelui Statelor Unite ale Americii, John F. Profesioni\u015ftii care veneau \u00een Eurocontrol din Rom\u00e2nia se remarcau dintre celelalte na\u0163ionalit\u0103\u0163i, erau \u201ecap \u015fi umeri\u201d mai sus dec\u00e2t ceilal\u0163i, pentru c\u0103 erau at\u00e2t de bine preg\u0103ti\u0163i, prin cursurile pe care le urmaser\u0103 aici, \u00een aceast\u0103 universitate. Sunt foarte recunosc\u0103tor \u0219i m\u00e2ndru de profesorii mei. Nu pot s\u0103-mi exprim gratitudinea \u00een cuvinte. Ca mine \u0219i mul\u021bi al\u021bi colegi de-ai mei care lucreaz\u0103 la Eurocontrol, suntem absolven\u021bii acestei facult\u0103\u021bi \u0219i aceast\u0103 reu\u0219it\u0103 apar\u021bine profesorilor no\u0219tri. Le mul\u021bumesc \u0219i sunt recunosc\u0103tor pentru c\u00e2t de exigen\u021bi au fost cu noi, c\u00e2nd am fost studen\u021bi \u00een aceast\u0103 universitate. Bucura\u021bi-v\u0103 de ei \u0219i respecta\u021bi-i, pentru c\u0103 ei v\u0103 vor deschide mintea \u0219i v\u0103 vor ghida carierele viitoare. \u00cen cei cinci ani de universitate, n-am \u00eendr\u0103znit niciodat\u0103 s\u0103 intru \u00een clas\u0103 dup\u0103 profesorul meu. Din p\u0103cate el nu a putut veni la aceasta Conven\u021bie, dar transmite salut\u0103ri profesorilor \u0219i studen\u021bilor. ICAO, \u00eempreun\u0103 cu Asocia\u021bia Interna\u021bional\u0103 a Transportatorilor Aerieni (IATA) au o ini\u021biativ\u0103 denumit\u0103 &#8222;Next Generation Professionals&#8221;. Studiile lor au ar\u0103tat c\u0103 avia\u021bia va necesita peste 200.000 noi pilo\u021bi p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een 2018 \u0219i mai mult de 350.000 de pilo\u021bi p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een 2026. F\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 fie un moment cheie al industriei aeronautice rom\u00e2ne, am fost angajat la Ministerul Transporturilor \u0219i am \u00een\u021beles cum lucreaz\u0103 aceast\u0103 institu\u021bie la nivelul avia\u021biei. Atunci am avut norocul s\u0103-mi cunosc un alt mentor, pe dl. Dan Andrei, care m-a cooptat la Autoritatea Aeronautic\u0103 Civil\u0103 Rom\u00e2n\u0103, unde am lucrat 4 ani ca inspector aeronautic. \u00cen 2004 am avut \u0219ansa deosebit\u0103 s\u0103 petrec un an la Maastricht Upper Area Control, unde i-am cunoscut pe colegii din alte genera\u021bii care lucreaz\u0103 la Eurocontrol. C\u00e2nd m-am \u00eentors, am fost manager cu calitatea la Blue Air un an, c\u00e2nd tocmai porniser\u0103. Din 2006 lucrez la Tarom, cu diferite responsabilit\u0103\u021bi, de la inspector-\u0219ef cu siguran\u021ba zborului, la pozi\u021bia actual\u0103 de manager cu siguran\u021ba \u0219i calitatea. Am avut o oportunitate extraordinar\u0103 \u00een ace\u0219ti 9 ani s\u0103 lucrez \u00een at\u00e2t de diferite domenii ale avia\u021biei civile, fapt care m-a ajutat mult. A fost \u0219i o provocare s\u0103 trec din domeniul regulatorilor \u00een cel opera\u021bional, unde vezi c\u0103 nu toate sunt negre sau albe, uneori vezi \u0219i zone gri, vezi cum func\u021bioneaz\u0103 industria, care sunt bunele \u0219i relele. \u00cen facultate m-am implicat \u00een Euroavia, am fost pre\u0219edintele acestei organiza\u021bii timp de 3 ani, ajutandu-m\u0103 mult s\u0103 cunosc mai bine avia\u021bia civil\u0103 din Rom\u00e2nia \u0219i din alte \u021b\u0103ri. Am ales ingineria aerospa\u021bial\u0103 din pasiune. Aceasta este o industrie interna\u021bional\u0103, iar noi, absolventii ne-am integrat foarte bine \u00een ea. Rom\u00e2nii care absolv\u0103 aceast\u0103 facultate se pot duce oriunde \u00een lume \u0219i lucra la orice problem\u0103. Pute\u021bi avea succes de asemenea \u0219i \u00een Rom\u00e2nia. Aceast\u0103 facultate a dat &#8222;pie\u021bei&#8221; &#8222;produse foarte bune. Merge\u021bi la cursuri, nu v\u0103 pune\u021bi \u00eentreb\u0103ri la ce v\u0103 trebuie diversele materii, ele v\u0103 vor ajuta mult \u00een viitoarea voastr\u0103 profesiune. C\u00e2nd ve\u021bi absolvi, pia\u021ba se va fi ridicat. \u00cen decada urm\u0103toare, domeniul protej\u0103rii mediului va fi foarte important.
