Name and surname of the payer correspond to the student who pays. Please specify faculty<\/strong> and what does the payment represent<\/strong>. If the payment is done from the account of someone else (e.g. parent), additionally the complete name and surname<\/strong> of the student is mandatory!<\/p>\n

Note for the Students of the Faculty of Aerospace Engineering Who Pay Tuition Fee<\/h4>\n

The only method to transfer from a place with tuition fee to a place funded by the state budget is by enrolling in the July admission contest and obtaining a grade ranking within the number of places without tuition fee in the July session. Please, read also the Rules of Admission – Undergraduate. Warning! Higher education is free only once for each young person, in every cycle of studies (bachelor, master, doctoral). Those who have already studied without fee in another faculty lost the right to study without fee. Also, the students who intend to study in another faculty which has a much larger fee (e.g. the Air Force Academy) are advised to use their right there, and here to pay the fee.<\/p>\n

The tuition fee is subsidized by the university in a sizable proportion, it does not cover all the university costs with a student. Therefore, those who want to transfer retroactively from no fee to fee (those in the above mentioned situation who want to occupy a place without fee at an university with much larger fees) should repay not only the annual tuition fee, but the amount of the whole subsidy from the state budget for their place, an amount which could be even double in some cases.<\/p>\n

The applications to repeat the university year may be submitted at the Faculty Office under own signature until 27 September 2019, 2 pm. The Study Contracts will be accepted only after the first installment of the tuition fee has been paid.<\/p>\n

  1. <\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Information for the Students of the Faculty of Aerospace Engineering Regarding Redoing of Modules, Progression and Grade Improvements<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    According to the Regulations for organizing and operating the undergraduate university education process in the University Politehnica od Bucharest, Edition 2013 (published on the university and the faculty sites, in force), the students must know the following:<\/h4>\n
      \n
    1. 1st Year Students<\/strong>\u00a0may progress in the 2nd Year only if they accumulated at least<\/strong>\u00a035 CP-ME\u00a0<\/strong>[1]<\/a><\/li>\n
    2. 2nd Year Students<\/strong> may progress in the 3rd Year only if they accumulated at least<\/strong>\u00a095 CP-ME <\/strong>\u00a0and additionally if they have at most 5 CP-ME<\/strong> missing for 1st Year disciplines<\/span>[2]<\/a><\/li>\n
    3. 3rd Year Students may progress in the 4th Year only if they accumulated at least<\/strong>\u00a0155 CP-ME\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      The moment in time when the number of CP-ME is counted is the ending of the university year, i.e. the last day of the resit exam session. For the UY 2016-2017, this day is set on 10 September 2017 according to the Decision of the Senate.<\/p>\n

      Resits of disciplines require the following cumulative conditions:<\/p>\n

        \n
      1. a) Disciplines subject to a resit should be included in the contract of studies<\/strong>\u00a0for the current university year (they are either current disciplines, and thus they are in the contract by default, or they correspond to the previous years and they must be explicitly added);<\/li>\n
      2. b) If the discipline is from the previous years, at the beginning of the semester when the discipline is recovered, the student must pay the resit fee<\/strong> TD1, TD2 or TD3, respectively; otherwise, the student may not be accepted in a resit exam;<\/li>\n
      3. c) The final verification for a discipline subject to a resit is possible just in a resit exam session, in the day, at the time, and in the room on display at the faculty office!<\/strong>\u00a0To avoid overlaps, each resit exam has two dates in the resit session, but sometimes not even that does not avoid overlaps for some students with many resit disciplines; in such cases, exceptionally a third exam date is admitted, following a request to the Dean’s Office, the latest in the last working day before the exam session starts;<\/li>\n
      4. d) There is a limit of one discipline resit per session day<\/strong>;<\/li>\n
      5. e) For the 1st Year disciplines, the resit session for 1st, 2nd and 3rd Years is in autumn (28 August \u2013 10 September 2017) and for the 4th Year, in summer \u00a0(time interval 27 May \u2013 9 June 2017); for the 4th Year students who have not secured all the required 240 CP-ME to graduate in the summer Diploma Exam session, the autumn Resit Session is also available.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Regarding improvements of grades<\/strong>, the students are exempt from resit fees, but they have to apply to the Dean’s Office the latest in the last working day before the resit exam session starts. .<\/p>\n

        The Regulations Art. 24 states that the number of disciplines for which a student may request<\/span> re-examination for a grade improvement is not limited. However, even though the Regulations do not limit that number, the approval of such requests by the Dean<\/span> for grade improvement resits will consider the practical limitations (which also apply to all resits):<\/p>\n

          \n
        1. a) The Grade Improvement for a discipline is possible just in the resit exam session, in the day, time and room on display at the Dean’s Office!<\/strong>\u00a0To avoid overlaps, each exam has two dates in the resit session, but simetimes not even that does not solve the overlapping problem for those students with many resits or grade improvement resits; in such cases, exceptionally a third exam date is admitted, following a request to the Dean’s Office, the latest in the last working day before the exam session starts;<\/li>\n
        2. d) Maximum one resit per exam session day is admitted, either resits from fail or resits for grade improvement.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          We remind you the express rule that it is forbidden any examination (resit from fail or resit to improve grade) agreed bilaterally, directly between the student and the professor! <\/strong>All exams are only in the session, at the date, time and in the room on display at the Dean’s Office. The Exams are subject to check operations from the Rector’s Office or from the Deans Office, they have to run transparently, with minimum two academic staff in the room.<\/p>\n

          Fees<\/strong><\/h4>\n

          The fees are set yearly by the University Senate of UPB. These amounts are valid at the moment of publication, but may be changed later on a short notice.<\/p>\n

          The fee for a discipline resit must be paid at the beginning of the semester and is \u00a030 lei\/CP<\/strong>\u00a0for the students who have maximum of 2 fails, 50 lei\/CP<\/strong>\u00a0if they have more fails, but progress in the next year of studies (according to the rules above) or\u00a065 lei\/CP<\/strong>\u00a0if they repeat the year of studies.<\/p>\n

          Resits of the disciplines in the semester that students missed as ERASMUS scholars are exempt, within the limit of two disciplines (Rule adopted in the Faculty Executive Board of 17 Jan 2018).<\/p>\n

          The integral school fee for a year of studies is\u00a04.000 lei<\/strong>\u00a0for undergraduate studies in Romanian, 4.500 lei<\/strong>\u00a0for undergraduate studies in English, 5.000 lei<\/strong>\u00a0for master studies and\u00a08.000 lei<\/strong>\u00a0for doctoral studies.<\/p>\n

          \u00cen baza Regulamentului privind organizarea \u015fi desf\u0103\u015furarea procesului de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt universitar de licen\u0163\u0103 \u00een Universitatea POLITEHNICA din Bucure\u015fti, edi\u021bia 2013 (publicat pe site-ul universit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i al facult\u0103\u021bii, \u00een vigoare) \u0219i a Deciziei Consiliului Facult\u0103\u021bii din 14 septermbrie 2016, studen\u021bii trebuie s\u0103 cunoasc\u0103 urm\u0103toarele:<\/p>

          1. Studen\u021bii din anul I<\/strong> pot promova \u00een anul II<\/strong> doar dac\u0103 au acumulat cel pu\u021bin<\/strong> 35 PC-OO<\/strong>[1]<\/a><\/li>
          2. Studen\u021bii din anul II <\/strong>pot promova \u00een anul III<\/strong> doar dac\u0103 au acumulat cel pu\u021bin<\/strong> 95 PC-OO<\/strong> \u0219i dac\u0103 \u00eendeplinesc suplimentar condi\u021bia de a avea cel mult 5 PC-OO<\/strong> aferente disciplinelor restante din anul I<\/li>
          3. Studen\u021bii din anul III<\/strong> pot promova \u00een anul IV<\/strong> doar dac\u0103 au acumulat cel pu\u021bin 155 PC-OO<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

            Momentul \u00een care se evalueaz\u0103 num\u0103rul de PC-OO este \u00eencheierea anului universitar, odat\u0103 cu ultima zi de sesiune de examene de refaceri. Pentru anul universitar 2016-2017, aceast\u0103 zi este fixat\u0103 pe 10 septembrie 2017 conform Deciziei Senatului Universit\u0103\u021bii.<\/p>

            Refacerile disciplinelor comport\u0103 urm\u0103toarele condi\u021bii cumulative:<\/p>

            1. a) Disciplinele care fac obiectul refacerii trebuie prev\u0103zute \u00een contractul de studii<\/strong> aferent anului universitar \u00een curs (fie sunt discipline ale anului curent de studii \u0219i atunci sunt implicit \u00een contract, fie sunt aferente anilor anteriori de studii \u0219i atunci trebuie prev\u0103zute explicit);<\/li>
            2. b) Dac\u0103 disciplina este din anii anteriori, la \u00eenceputul semestrului \u00een care se reface disciplina trebuie pl\u0103tit\u0103 taxa de refacere<\/strong> TD1, TD2 sau TD3, dup\u0103 caz; \u00een caz contrar, studentul nu se poate prezenta \u00een sesiune pentru refacere;<\/li>
            3. c) Verificarea final\u0103 la o disciplin\u0103 care se reface este posibil\u0103 doar \u00een sesiunea de refaceri, \u00een ziua \u0219i \u00een sala afi\u0219ate la secretariat!<\/strong> Pentru evitarea suprapunerilor, fiecare examen de refacere are dou\u0103 date \u00een sesiunea de refaceri, \u00eens\u0103 uneori nici aceast\u0103 dublare nu rezolv\u0103 situa\u021bia suprapunerilor pentru unii studen\u021bi cu foarte multe discipline de ref\u0103cut; \u00een aceste cazuri, \u00een mod excep\u021bional se poate admite o a treia dat\u0103 de examen la o anumit\u0103 disciplin\u0103, prin cerere formulat\u0103 c\u0103tre decanat, cel mai t\u00e2rziu \u00een ultima zi de lucru dinaintea \u00eenceperii sesiunii de refaceri;<\/li>
            4. d) Nu se pot reface mai mult de o disciplin\u0103 pe zi de sesiune<\/strong>;<\/li>
            5. e) Pentru disciplinele din semestrul 1, sesiunea de refaceri la anii I, II \u0219i III este \u00een toamn\u0103 (28 august \u2013 10 septembrie 2017) \u0219i pentru anul IV \u00een var\u0103 (perioada 27 mai \u2013 9 iunie 2017); pentru studen\u021bii de anul IV care nu \u0219i-au ob\u021binut toate cele 240 PC-OO pentru absolvire \u00een sesiunea de refaceri din var\u0103, vor putea utiliza \u0219i sesiunea de refaceri de toamn\u0103.<\/li><\/ol>

              Referitor la m\u0103ririle de not\u0103<\/strong>, studen\u021bii sunt scuti\u021bi de plata taxelor, dar trebuie s\u0103 depun\u0103 o cerere la secretariat c\u0103tre Decanat cel mai t\u00e2rziu \u00een ultima zi de lucru dinaintea \u00eenceperii sesiunii de refaceri.<\/p>

              Regulamentul prevede la Art. 24 c\u0103 num\u0103rul de discipline la care un student poate solicita<\/u> examinarea \u00een vederea m\u0103ririi notei nu este limitat. Totu\u0219i, chiar dac\u0103 Regulamentul nu limiteaz\u0103 acest num\u0103r, aprobarea de c\u0103tre Decanat a acestor solicit\u0103ri<\/u> de examinare pentru m\u0103riri de not\u0103 nu se poate face dec\u00e2t \u021bin\u00e2nd cont de urm\u0103toarele limit\u0103ri de ordin practic (care se aplic\u0103 \u0219i refacerilor):<\/p>

              1. a) M\u0103rirea de not\u0103 la o disciplin\u0103 este posibil\u0103 doar \u00een sesiunea de refaceri, \u00een ziua \u0219i \u00een sala afi\u0219ate la secretariat!<\/strong> Pentru evitarea suprapunerilor, fiecare examen de refacere are dou\u0103 date \u00een sesiunea de refaceri, \u00eens\u0103 uneori nici aceast\u0103 dublare nu rezolv\u0103 situa\u021bia suprapunerilor pentru unii studen\u021bi cu foarte multe discipline de ref\u0103cut sau la care solicit\u0103 examinarea \u00een vederea m\u0103ririi de not\u0103; \u00een aceste cazuri, \u00een mod excep\u021bional se poate admite o a treia dat\u0103 de examen la o anumit\u0103 disciplin\u0103, prin cerere formulat\u0103 c\u0103tre decanat, cel mai t\u00e2rziu \u00een ultima zi de lucru dinaintea \u00eenceperii sesiunii de refaceri;<\/li>
              2. d) Nu se pot examina \u00een vederea refacerii sau a m\u0103ririi de not\u0103 mai mult de o disciplin\u0103 pe zi de sesiune.<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                Men\u021bion\u0103m \u00een mod expres c\u0103 este interzis\u0103 orice examinare \u00een vederea refacerii sau a m\u0103ririi de not\u0103, aranjat\u0103 direct \u00eentre student \u0219i cadrul didactic!<\/strong> Toate examenele se dau numai \u00een sesiune, la data, ora \u0219i \u00een sala decise de Decanat \u0219i afi\u0219ate la avizier. Examenele sunt deschise unor eventuale opera\u021biuni de control din partea Rectoratului sau a Decanatului, trebuie s\u0103 se desf\u0103\u0219oare \u00een mod transparent, cu minimum dou\u0103 cadre didactice \u00een sal\u0103.<\/p>

                Taxe<\/strong><\/h4>

                Taxele sunt stabilite anual de Senatul Universit\u0103\u021bii din Bucure\u0219ti. Aceste valori sunt valabile la momentul public\u0103rii.<\/p>

                Taxa de refacerea unei discipline se pl\u0103te\u0219te la \u00eenceputul semestrului \u0219i este de 30 lei\/PC<\/strong> pentru studen\u021bii care au maximum 2 discipline restante, 50 lei\/PC<\/strong> dac\u0103 au mai multe dar promoveaz\u0103 anul de studii (conform regulilor de mai sus) sau 65 lei\/PC<\/strong> dac\u0103 repet\u0103 anul.<\/p>

                Taxa de \u0219colarizare integral\u0103 a unui an de studii este de 4.000 lei<\/strong> la licen\u021b\u0103 \u00een limba rom\u00e2n\u0103, 4.500 lei<\/strong> \u00een limba englez\u0103, 5.000 lei<\/strong> la masterat \u0219i 8.000 lei<\/strong> la doctorat.<\/p>
