{"id":10167,"date":"2018-04-18T21:56:07","date_gmt":"2018-04-18T18:56:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/inginerie.aero\/?p=10167"},"modified":"2018-04-18T21:56:07","modified_gmt":"2018-04-18T18:56:07","slug":"aeroconsult-2018-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/inginerie.aero\/index.php\/en\/2018\/04\/18\/aeroconsult-2018-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Aeroconsult 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[et_pb_section bb_built=&#8221;1&#8243; fullwidth=&#8221;off&#8221; specialty=&#8221;on&#8221;][et_pb_column type=&#8221;3_4&#8243; specialty_columns=&#8221;3&#8243;][et_pb_row_inner admin_label=&#8221;Row&#8221;][et_pb_column_inner type=&#8221;4_4&#8243; saved_specialty_column_type=&#8221;3_4&#8243;][et_pb_text background_layout=&#8221;light&#8221; text_orientation=&#8221;justified&#8221; use_border_color=&#8221;off&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;3.0.92&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>With the vision to develop and inspire future leaders and bring added value to the relationship between students and aerospace companies, the <strong>EUROAVIA Bucure\u015fti<\/strong>\u00a0 <strong>Association<\/strong> supports the students with the project called <strong>AEROCONSULT<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>At its <strong>9th edition<\/strong>, AEROCONSULT 2018 is a prestigious project within the <strong>Faculty of Aerospace Engineering<\/strong>, where each student has the opportunity to relate to prospective employers who will help them fulfill their dreams and follow their passion.<\/p>\n<p>It is an <strong>opportunity fair<\/strong> for those studying aerospace engineering, giving them the chance to learn information directly from employers about companies, practice programs and jobs available.<\/p>\n<p>The event will take place on <strong>23rd and 24th of April<\/strong>, at <strong>Universty POLITEHNICA of Bucharest<\/strong>, in <strong>AN010.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-10161\" src=\"https:\/\/inginerie.aero\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/ACgrup-1024x683.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The main <strong>objectives <\/strong>of AEROCONSULT 2018:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>the communication<\/strong> between the representatives of participating companies and University students;<\/li>\n<li><strong>the promotion<\/strong> of the companies which operate in the aerospace engineering field;<\/li>\n<li>the facility of signing precontracts for <strong>interships<\/strong> and jobs<strong>,<\/strong> also being an opportunity for those in the younger years who want to deepen the knowledge gained through their studies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>What is new?<\/p>\n<p>The structure of the two days will be changed from the previous editions, bringing a new look to the event to achieve its mission. The companies will be grouped and will have \u00a0presentations according to the area of expertise, the activity carried out predominantly, but also their desire. After presenting companies based on their specialization, they are invited to what is known as &#8222;open panel discussion&#8221;. The idea of the \u201copen panel discussion\u201d is conceived like being an <strong>open discussion<\/strong> between the representatives of companies, preferably <strong>staffed fresh graduates<\/strong> and <strong>event participants<\/strong>, led by a <strong>qualified person.<\/strong> This type of discussion has the role of helping participants to become aware of the importance of an internship during the faculty, as well as the theoretical notions required by the chosen specialty.<\/p>\n<p>This concept aims to provide a <strong>more detailed<\/strong> and <strong>interactive<\/strong> account of the experiences lived in the company&#8217;s work environment by the graduates, possibly freshly employed, who are easier to identify with those in front of them. Employees participating in the panels will have the opportunity to have free discussions around a predefined subject and to answer students to questions, opening up being higher due to the current studies.<\/p>\n<p>Also, this year, the introduction of scanners will help the process of knowledge of the participants in the event. The student enrolling at the event will upload the <strong>CV<\/strong> to increase his chances of finding an internship or a job. After the online registration, a <strong>QR code<\/strong> is automatically generated to the participant. This code is scanned at the stand so the company can see the candidate\u2019s potential profile in real time. Companiile vor fi grupate \u0219i vor sus\u021bine <strong>prezent\u0103ri<\/strong> \u00een func\u021bie de aria de expertiz\u0103, de activitatea desf\u0103\u0219urat\u0103 \u00een mod predominant, dar \u0219i de dorin\u021ba acestora. Dup\u0103 prezentarea companiilor pe baza specializ\u0103rii, acestea sunt invitate la ceea ce este cunoscut ca \u201c<strong>open panel discussion<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p><p>Ideea de \u201copen panel discussion\u201d este conceput\u0103 ca fiind o <strong>discu\u021bie deschis\u0103<\/strong> \u00eentre reprezentan\u021bii companiilor, de preferat <strong>angaja\u021bi<\/strong>,<strong> proasp\u0103t absolven\u021bi<\/strong>\u00a0 \u0219i <strong>participan\u021bii<\/strong> la eveniment, condus\u0103 de c\u0103tre o <strong>persoan\u0103 calificat\u0103.<\/strong> Acest tip de discu\u021bie are <strong>rolul<\/strong> de a ajuta participan\u021bii s\u0103 con\u0219tientizeze <strong>importan\u021ba<\/strong> unui internship efectuat \u00een timpul facult\u0103\u021bii, precum \u0219i no\u021biunile teoretice necesare \u00een func\u021bie de specializarea aleas\u0103.<\/p><p>Acest concept are ca <strong>scop<\/strong> <strong>relatarea<\/strong> mai <strong>detaliat\u0103<\/strong> \u0219i <strong>interactiv\u0103<\/strong> a experien\u021belor tr\u0103ite \u00een mediul de lucru din cadrul companiilor de c\u0103tre <strong>absolven\u021bi, posibil proasp\u0103t angaja\u021bi<\/strong>, ace\u0219tia put\u00e2nd s\u0103 se <strong>identifice<\/strong> mai u\u0219or cu cei afla\u021bi \u00een fa\u021ba lor. Angaja\u021bii ce vor participa la panel-uri vor avea ocazia de a purta discu\u021bii libere \u00een jurul unui <strong>subiect predefinit<\/strong> \u0219i de a le <strong>r\u0103spunde<\/strong> studen\u021bilor <strong>la \u00eentreb\u0103ri<\/strong>, deschiderea fiind mai mare datorit\u0103 actualit\u0103\u021bii studiilor efectuate.<\/p><p>De asemenea, anul acesta introducerea <strong>scannerelor<\/strong> va ajuta la procesul de cunoa\u0219tere a participan\u021bilor la eveniment. <strong>Studentul participant<\/strong>, \u00een momentul \u00eenscrierii la eveniment, <strong>va \u00eenc\u0103rca CV-ul<\/strong> \u00eentr-o baz\u0103 de date pentru a-\u0219i m\u0103ri \u0219ansele \u00een g\u0103sirea unui internship sau a unui job. Dup\u0103 \u00eenscrierea online, participantului i se genereaz\u0103 automat un cod QR. Acest cod este scanat la stand, astfel, compania poate vedea \u00een timp real profilul poten\u021bialului candidat.
