Last year, Aeroclubul Rom\u00e2niei registered the best results in the Romanian aviation history, by ranking<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">\u00a03rd in world individual aerobatics and also 3rd in world team aerobatics (airplane, glider teams). The year 2018 in figures looks like this: 5,000 hours of flight, 70,000 km distance by gliders, 9,000 parachute jumps, 2,200 hours of flight with ultralight airplanes and 4,000 airplane hours. In 2019 the plan is to purchase 4 airplanes and to build two hangars, as well as the noble effort to revitalize IAR-823, an airplane designed by the faculty alumnus eng. Anul trecut Aeroclubul Rom\u00e2niei a marcat cele mai bune rezultate din istoria aviatiei romanesti prin ocu<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">parea locului 3 mondial la acrobatie individual si acelasi loc 3 mondial la acrobatie cu echipele de avion si planor. \u00cen 2018 s-au realizat 5000 ore de zbor si 70.000 km distanta cu planorul, 9000 salturi cu parasuta, 2200 ore de zbor cu aeronave ultrausoare si 4000 de ore cu avioanele din dotare. \u00cen 2019 se profileaz\u0103 achizitia a 4 aeronave si construirea a doua hangare, precum \u0219i nobilul efort de a revitaliza IAR-823, un avion proiectat de absolventul facult\u0103\u021bii, ing.
