Un exemplu edificator \u00een acest sens este inginerul rom\u00e2n de origine basarabean\u0103, Teodor G\u00e2rne\u021b.<\/p>\n<p>Teodor G\u00e2rne\u0163 s-a n\u0103scut la 19 aprilie 1911 \u00een Ro\u015fu \u2013 Cahul unde urmeaz\u0103 Liceul \u201eCuza Vod\u0103\u201c din Hu\u015fi. Dup\u0103 promovarea liceului, acesta ia calea ingineriei aplic\u00e2nd la Institutului Politehnic din Timi\u015foara \u00een 1939, fiind repede remarcat pentru rapiditatea si eficien\u021ba cu care lucra. Termin\u0103 acest ciclu de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt sus\u0163in\u00e2nd examenul de diplom\u0103 \u00een iunie 1940, av\u00e2nd ca subiect: motorul de avion, calculul \u015fi proiectarea lui. Teodor G\u00e2rne\u0163 termin\u0103 facultatea cu aprecieri deosebite \u015fi cu recomandarea pentru Industria Aeronautic\u0103 Rom\u00e2n\u0103 (I.A.R. Bra\u015fov).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><em>Cariera profesional\u0103 a lui Teodor G\u00e2rne\u021b<\/em><\/h3>\n<p>La terminarea facult\u0103\u0163ii \u00ee\u0219i \u00eencepe activitatea la I.A.R. Bra\u015fov. Afl\u0103m din autobiografia profesional\u0103 c\u0103 profeseaz\u0103 \u00een aceast\u0103 institu\u021bie cu la fel de mult\u0103 dedicare: \u201c\u00cenc\u0103 de pe c\u00e2nd lucram la proiectul de diplom\u0103 la I.A.R. Bra\u015fov, m-am remarcat printr-o str\u0103duin\u0163\u0103 deosebit\u0103 motivat\u0103 de faptul c\u0103 termenul proiectului coincidea cu termenele celor dou\u0103 ordine de mobilizare.\u201d Aceast\u0103 &#8222;h\u0103rnicie&#8221; a fost remarcat\u0103 de ing. M\u00fcller von Wandau \u015feful biroului de studii motoare.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen contextul social-politic al vremii a ap\u0103rut problema unui avion necesar form\u0103rii pilo\u0163ilor, c\u0103ci avioanele de v\u00e2n\u0103toare \u015fi de bombardament din posesia armatei erau prea scumpe pentru a fi supuse ne\u00eendem\u00e2n\u0103rilor unor \u00eencep\u0103tori. Astfel, Teodor G\u00e2rne\u0163 a fost \u00eens\u0103rcinat cu proiectarea unui motor fezabil at\u00e2t din punct de vedere al resurselor materiale necesare fabricarii cat \u0219i cu o manevrabilitate sporit\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Din propriile relat\u0103ri afl\u0103m: \u201dAm lucrat \u00eentr-o total\u0103 izolare la definirea \u015fi calculul organelor principale ale motorului, care urma s\u0103 ob\u0163in\u0103 denumirea de &#8222;I.A.R.-7M\u201d. Surpriza a fost mare \u015fi general\u0103 c\u00e2nd s-a constatat c\u0103 motorul d\u0103 \u00een func\u0163ionare o putere mai mare dec\u00e2t cea impus\u0103 la proiectare.\u201d Acest motor constituia realizarea de v\u00e2rf a avia\u0163iei rom\u00e2ne\u015fti, fiind unul din cele mai performante motoare \u00een stea, dep\u0103\u015find toate motoarele similare aflate \u00een serviciu \u00een Rom\u00e2nia at\u00e2t pentru anul 1942 (data proiect\u0103rii), dar chiar \u015fi pentru anul 1990, dup\u0103 cum rezult\u0103 din rapoartele tehnice de testare ale motorului, c\u00e2t \u015fi din revistele de specialitate din perioada 1990-1995.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><em>IAR-7M &#8211; Un motor de succes<\/em><\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/imageshack.com\/a\/img924\/4356\/VhrQwh.jpg\" alt=\"IAR-7M\" width=\"249\" height=\"251\" \/>Probele au fost f\u0103cute de personalul de deservire a bancului \u015fi s-au consemnat \u00een Raportul tehnic nr. 23215 din 4.11.1992. Inginerii au lucrat zi \u0219i noapte pentru a-\u0219i finaliza aceast\u0103 oper\u0103 de art\u0103 mecanic\u0103, cu un motor de 1,000 de cai putere care-i permitea aparatului s\u0103 ajung\u0103 la mari \u00een\u0103l\u021bimi. Se \u0219tie c\u0103 Ion Grosu a proiectat \u00eentregul schelet din tuburi de otel, Mircea Grossu-Viziru a avut \u00een grij\u0103 armamentul, Co\u0219ereanu si Alexandru s-au concentrat asupra cabinei ermetice \u0219i asupra sistemului de aterizare. Teodor G\u00e2rne\u021b a adus un mare ajutor la proiectarea motorului \u0219i a compresorului.<\/p>\n<p>Dup\u0103 ce pilotul de \u00eencercare francez Michel Detroyat l-a testat cu succes la aerodromul de la Pipera, IAR Brasov a \u00eenceput fabricarea sa \u00een mas\u0103 din septembrie 1940. Ini\u021bial se producea c\u00e2te un avion pe zi, iar dup\u0103 intrarea Rom\u00e2niei \u00een r\u0103zboi, se produceau c\u00e2te dou\u0103 avioane pe zi. \u00cen 1940, IAR-80 era printre primele patru cele mai bune avioane de v\u00e2n\u0103toare din lume.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><em>Concluzie<\/em><\/h3>\n<p>Toate acestea denot\u0103 calitatea ingineriei aeronautice rom\u00e2ne\u0219ti \u00een care Teodor G\u00e2rne\u021b a jucat un rol principal. S.A., filiala Bra\u015fov, condus atunci de ing.
