To\u021bi trei au construit aeronave originale, d\u00e2nd dovad\u0103 at\u00e2t de poten\u021bial,dar \u0219i de o viziune remarcabil\u0103, mult peste posibilit\u0103\u021bile economice ale Rom\u00e2niei \u00een acea perioad\u0103. Cu astfel de pionieri \u00een avia\u021bie nu este o coinciden\u021b\u0103 faptul c\u0103 \u00een anul 1938 rom\u00e2nii au reu\u0219it s\u0103 construiasc\u0103 un avion de v\u00e2n\u0103toare ce a devenit faimos \u0219i a fost comparat cu cele mai bune din lume din acea epoca. \u00a0Acesta a fost denumit \u201cIAR 80\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mircea Grossu-Viziru<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-zRH36x-ooPg\/Uq2IPDaSRmI\/AAAAAAAALs8\/fYpsDGrtO6M\/s400\/Sorin-Bosneag.jpg\" width=\"308\" height=\"424\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Mircea Grossu-Viziru, n\u0103scut \u00een anul 1903 \u00een Viziru, jude\u021bul Br\u0103ila, a urmat liceul St. Louis din Paris, unde ob\u021bine diploma de bacalaureat \u00een anul 1921, se \u00eenscrie la cursurile \u201eEcole Technique d&#8217;A\u00e9ronautique et Construction Automobile\u201d din Paris, iar \u00een anul 1926 devine inginer diplomat cu specialitate in Aeronautic\u0103. \u00cen anul 1927 se \u00eentoarce \u00een \u0163ar\u0103 \u0219i este angajat la fabrica IAR din Bra\u015fov unde a \u00eendeplinit urm\u0103toarele func\u0163ii:<\/p>\n<p>Mai 1927 &#8211; Februarie 1928 \u2013 \u0219ef Seviciul Control la fabrica de celule IAR;<\/p>\n<p>Februarie 1928 &#8211; Martie 1929 \u2013 inginer constructor \u00een cadrul Biroului de Studii Secret al fabricii de celule IAR;<\/p>\n<p>Martie 1929 &#8211; Iunie 1930 \u2013 \u0219eful Biroului de Studii Secret al fabricii de celule IAR;<\/p>\n<p>Iunie 1930 &#8211; Martie 1931 \u2013 \u0219eful Atelierelor de Construc\u0163ii Prototipuri;<\/p>\n<p>Martie 1931 &#8211; Mai 1932 \u2013 \u0219eful Atelierelor de fabrica\u0163ie avioane de serie \u015fi prototipuri \u00een afar\u0103 de montaj general \u015fi zboruri de \u00eencercare;<\/p>\n<p>Mai 1932 &#8211; Noiembrie 1934 \u2013 \u0219eful tuturor atelierelor existente din fabrica de celule, inclusiv hangarul \u015fi zborurile de \u00eencercare;<\/p>\n<p>Noiembrie 1934 &#8211; Iunie 1935 \u2013 loc\u0163iitor al directorului fabricii de celule care lipsea;<\/p>\n<p>iunie 1935 &#8211; august 1940 \u2013 director titular al fabricii de celule;<\/p>\n<p>august 1940 &#8211; august 1944 \u2013 director general al I.A.R. \u015fi membru \u00een Consiliul de Administra\u0163ie al IAR;<\/p>\n<p>Mircea Grossu-Viziru a activat la IAR o perioad\u0103 aproape egal\u0103 cu existen\u0163a acesteia. Datorit\u0103 capacit\u0103\u0163ilor sale profesionale, a fost bine apreciat \u015fi a avansat foarte rapid p\u00e2n\u0103 la func\u0163ia suprem\u0103 de director general. A fost autorul mai multor inven\u0163ii \u015fi proiecte valoroase aplicate \u00een cadrul IAR, dar \u015fi \u00een alte fabrici de avioane din Romania \u015fi din str\u0103in\u0103tate. \u00centre anii 1925 \u0219i 1961 a brevetat 10 inven\u0163ii valoroase: una \u00een Romania; 4 \u00een Fran\u0163a \u015fi 5 \u00een SUA. Dintre aceste se remarc\u0103 \u201eNacela de mitraliere pentru avioane\u201c, brevet Ro.20588\/1932, denumit\u0103 \u015fi Turela Grossu-IAR, montat\u0103 pe avioanele IAR Potez-XXV; IAR-37; 38, 38; SET-7K. Turele Grossu-IAR au fost exportate \u00een: Fran\u0163a, Cehoslovacia, Polonia \u015fi SUA unde a ob\u0163inul Brevet US.1.953.710\/1934.<\/p>\n<p>Din documentele existente \u00een Arhivele Na\u0163ionale Istorice Centrale \u015fi \u00een Arhivele Militare, reiese c\u0103 Mircea Grossu-Viziru este autorul proiectelor IAR-37, 38, 39 \u015fi IAR-80. Pentru proiectul IAR-80 i-a fost acordata Ordinul Virtutea Militara, clasa III. Din Monitorul Oficial nr. 149\/1 iulie 1939: Grossu Viziru Mircea, inginer, I.A.R. \u201eAngajat pe 12 ani a trecut pe r\u00e2nd prin toat\u0103 filiera p\u00e2n\u0103 la postul de mare r\u0103spundere ca director al fabricei de celule. A executat \u00eentrega gam\u0103 de avioane a Aeronauticei noastre, conlucr\u00e2nd cu succes at\u00e2t la avioanele \u00een licen\u0163\u0103, c\u00e2t \u015fi la avioanele prototip rom\u00e2ne\u015fti, dintre care ultimul avion de v\u00e2n\u0103toare I.A.R. 80, unul dintre cele mai str\u0103lucite aparate ale avia\u0163iei noastre\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen data de 21 august, 1944, Mircea Grossu-Viziru, in timp ce lucra la Caransebe\u015f, unde au fost dislocate cateva departamente ale fabricii IAR, prime\u015fte un ordin, prin aghiotan\u0163i, de la Ministrul Aerului Jienescu Gheorghe, pentru a se prezenta la Ministerul Aerului \u015fi Marinei. Este primit de ministru care, din cauza evenimentelor, \u00eel sf\u0103tuie\u015fte \u015f\u0103-\u015fi ia familia \u015fi \u015f\u0103 p\u0103r\u0103seasc\u0103 c\u00e2t mai repede \u0163ara.\u00a0 In urmatoarele zile, avea sa decoleze de la Caransebe\u015f, \u00eempreun\u0103 cu familia \u015fi c\u00e2\u0163iva apropia\u0163i, la bordul unui IAR SM-79B pe care-l avea la dispozi\u0163ie. A fost angajat ca inginer la firma Martin-Marrietta Aluminium p\u00e2n\u0103 la pensionare, apoi p\u00e2n\u0103 la sf\u00e2r\u015fitul vie\u0163ii a ocupat func\u021bia de consilier tehnic la aceea\u015fi firm\u0103. \u00cen decursul carierei sale \u00een SUA a participat la numeroase proiecte,\u00a0 fiind recunoscut mai ales pentru bombardierul B-52 Stratofortress. \u00a0A decedat \u00een ziua de 15 noiembrie 1980 la Long Beach, California.<\/p>\n<p><strong>IAR-80<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>IAR 80\u00a0a fost un avion monoplan de\u00a0vanatoare\u00a0\u0219i\u00a0bombardament in picaj\u00a0rom\u00e2nesc folosit \u00een cel de-al Doilea R\u0103zboi Mondial. C\u00e2nd a zburat pentru prima data, \u00een 1939, era comparabil cu modelele contemporane dezvoltate de c\u0103tre for\u021bele aeriene cu cea mai avansat\u0103 putere militar\u0103. Problemele de produc\u021bie \u0219i lipsa armamentului necesar au \u00eent\u00e2rziat intrarea \u00een uz a avionului IAR-80 p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een 1941. Acesta ramane \u00een prima linie p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een mai 1945.<\/p>\n<p>Produc\u021bia IAR-80 a \u00eenceput imediat, \u00een ciuda faptului c\u0103 armamentul s-a dovedit a fi o problem\u0103 serioas\u0103. Pe prototip erau montate doar dou\u0103 mitraliere belgiene Fabrique Nationale\u00a0 de calibru 7.92mm, o modificare licen\u021biat\u0103 a mitralierei Brownin .30 cal. Acest armament nu era suficient de puternic \u00eempotriva avioanelor moderne \u0219i pe modelul de produc\u021bie era estimat\u0103 montarea a sa\u0219e astfel de mitraliere. Invazia german\u0103 a Belgiei din 1940 a suspendat furnizarea de c\u0103tre FN \u0219i nu se g\u0103sea niciun \u00eenlocuitor potrivit. Din cauza lipsei de armament produc\u021bia a fost oprit\u0103. Germania a aprobat reluarea aprovizion\u0103rii de armament doar dup\u0103 ce Rom\u00e2nia a intrat \u00een Puterile Axei \u00een noiembrie 1940. Ca urmare prima produc\u021bie de IAR-80 nu a fost fabricat\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een ianuarie 1941, de\u0219i primul lot de 20 a fost livrat p\u00e2n\u0103 la mijlocul lui februarie. Aprovizionarea de armament a r\u0103mas inadecvat\u0103 a\u0219a c\u0103 modelele de produc\u021bie aveau la bord doar patru mitraliere.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een aprilie 1941 Rom\u00e2nia era ferm integrat\u0103 \u00een sfera german\u0103, iar prin urmare Germania elibereaz\u0103 mai multe mitraliere FN pentru produc\u021bia IAR. Acestea au fost instalate repede, rezult\u00e2nd astfel modelul 80A montat \u00een sf\u00e2r\u0219it cu setul original de 6 mitraliere. De asemenea, parbrizul avionului a fost realizat din sticl\u0103 blindat\u0103 \u0219i scaunul pilotului blindat. Avionul a fost motorizat cu noul motor\u00a0IAR K14-1000A, de 1025 CP. Deoarece acest motor era prea puternic pentru celula ini\u021bial\u0103, fuzelajul a fost modificat \u0219i \u00eent\u0103rit. Rezultatul bombardamentului a fost &#8222;nici o reducere a produc\u021biei de petrol \u00eenregistrat\u0103&#8221;, deci misiunea a e\u0219uat.
